to someone who can help with, I have been made do update the phone with stftwerin its electricity has been interrupted and the phone has to remain and not with Off function, which came after the electricity is not being tried again the computer recognizes the phone. I tried some ways but still I had no success. I speak very little English because I am from Kosovo:(
