So sorry, maybe I got the wrong forum to asking for...

But maybe anyone of you knows how to repair my UFS box?
Or can it be repaired?

Chronology....
I install support suite v02.09.00....."update client" oke...
(previous v02.08.000_already uninstall)

Suddenly my PC error due some technical errors maybe coz of viruses and automaticly shutdown...PC need to be repair...then Repair...after that all program has been deleted by the technician.

So I install again support suite v02.09.000 with update client...this's the problem that later on I know...we can't 2 times update the box with the same ver..and will become no more log...

When I opened BB5 prog...it shown "HWK not Autorised use update tool".
Is it this problem can be repaired?
Need to contact resseller and asking for log?

Please kindly advise, and lastly please accept my apology for asking not in the right forum.

UFS-3 only used for Nokia phone, LG and Sony I used Setool box.
