I have used both the original cable seriale "dk20g" both one that I have assembled me, however the telephone when I turn on him/it the software it doesn't set out. Can you help me? PLEASE

is it really unlock flash? or people think that can unlock by flashing...

but as i know, it's impossible to unlock a u8110 by flashing.
finally, anyone tested this flash file?
i don't have a unit to test :confused:

Just don't need to flash, U8110 havent firmware bug but it is useful if flashing unlock phone code

Great STEALTH, I realize and confirm you are one of the most expert in this section...but we (I think I could speak for Italian people) don't understand in what way your file can be used.

Could be send to my E-mail ( sidus@iol.it ) a guide how we can use them? And, over all, what cable we "MUST" use??

Hello.
Today i succesfully flashed the LG U8110 and phone is alive ( it was dead after wrong unlock )...but i have a problem....it does not recognise simcards.
Message is : "Insert USIM card" even if i insert simcard inside ( 2G or 3G ) .
And phone was original from Italy.
If i try to flash 106 italy, after i write FS_Rec file , communication stops and error [-103].
If i try to flash 106 australian flash, all ok and phone alive.

PLEASE...Mr. Stealth....can somebody help me?

Hello i try to flash my 8110 with the same cable of unlock. The flashrw work a little and stop with this error "Error occured during port change from UART to USB...". My unlock cable is rs232. I need other cable? Have a schematic for a correct flash cable for 8110? Thanks a lot and sorry my english (I'm Italian Boy).

As the other (I think) we need to understand the schema for the cable.
To summarize:
The cable is ONLY one composed as follow: 1 usb and 1 serial cable. They must be both connected!!
Where we can see the schema to connect this 2 cable??

In the docs it says: "U81X0 Download can be done via UART & USB"

So, shouldn't it work with the original USB cable then? I haven't been able to try it yet.

Hi, the software that you upload is fantastic!!!
but i've problem :
when flashing the 8110 the flashing execute correctly
but the phone don't power on

wich file must be flash ?? :confused:
in the ssw listbox i use:
- the recovery file ,
- the 8100 ssw,
- drivec ssw
- drive media ssw
olso i use to flash in both version
1st version) with file map
2nd version) without file map
I've improved to flash with all loader that i've founded and with both model form
please help me!!!!!!!

i have been reading this thread for a lot of time ..

The babe 81xx software only since to work if your software firmware is v101, therefore if your phone software version is not 101 , u need downgrade it to v101

if u have a LG 8110 , u need a 8110 v101 firmware
and if u have a 8120 , u need a 8120 v101 firmware.

after downgrade the firmware , only then u can use the free ware to download with this cable . I found a wesbite that sell this cable ([Only Registered Users Can See Links]) .
I not sure if u need to modify this cable but it seen that this is the right cable for flashing and unlocking.

ps: anyone have the firmware for 8120 ver101 ? flasher loader for 8120 ?

I succeded in unlocking the phone but the phone died. but since I saved the GDFS file that was in the phone I could relive the phone again. Therefore, it is important to save the GDFS file using the vygis software be fore doing anything flashing the phone. my question is: I cannot use GPRS, MMS and 3G services. How can get a GDFS file (I think that is the issue here) that allows the phone to restart and to work? I live in sweden.
How I unlocked the phone: I bought a cable with a 9 V battery and USB (all in one) from phantomgsm.com and I used vygis. It worked.
I then wanted to flash the phone and I used the italian version for it. no problem. thereafter the phone died. so i wrote the gdfs file i saved from the phone and after that it worked. I also changed the language to swedish.
my problem is still the 3-operator´s setting for wap, gprs and mms.
has anyone solved this problem of wap, gprs and mms?

Always backup GDFS before flashing U series phones. No network problem is generally due to wrong GDFS, try using this one. After flashing GDFS, unlock with SETool.
