The main LCD reads **Service Mode** Please power recycle the phone to make calls. And the Sub LCD read This phone is offline. Anyone know WTF is going on with it i have tried pulling the battery out over night, charging the battery to full, turning it off and back on. Anyone know of anything else i could try other than flushing it down the toilet?? :confused:

And it also is showing that there is no signal at all and when i try to make a phone call it says Error the phone is offline. Please help

first you need to explain how this came to be. did you drop it, a failed software upgrade what happen exactly so people would know and help you

Use QPST Software download BACKUP tab to backup a good working handset. Then use the restore Tab to write that backup to the failed NVM phone you have.
