I have Sagem my3020 which freezes approximately 20s after powering up with a sim card. It then resets itself about 5 minutes later. The problem doesnt occur when there is no sim card inserted. I have checked the keypad area for s/cs and dirt but there is none. Could it be a software problem? Please assist me.
