hi everybody, why my audiovox power off all the time when I try to flash it or read the info with the curitel pst to load prl?????
I can read the info with qpst and bitpim.and with the esn repair for audiovox I can read it but it powers off and a message appear about can't unlock security 0x06 or something
any help in here please

ok lets backup a bit dose it power off when you try to do the esn repair or when you try to flash it?

when I try to do anything,I mean I can read it but it turns off I can read it with the qpst but I can download anything
and I can see it with the curitel but when I try to flashi it the phone turns off

are you using the right cable,some times the cable could be the biggest issue here

yes I have 25 usb cables and I've made a lot of phones already but some of them from verizon and alltel did this.
but other also from verizon and alltel just flashed without any problem!!!
I think that there is some security code or something like it ,that I have to remove???
I also have serial cable for this phone
so please let me know

your phone has efs corrupt, you need to force flash the phone, then do a complete rebuilt of efs, then write the esn. if you don't know how to do any of the above, then you should call alex or diego and they could do it for you.

you know we where trying to help you but it look like your arragent is the reason your phones not working first of all 8910 vm is diffrent than the rest of the 8910 thats what i was trying to get to because i have this problem with them thier efs is not the same and usauly cause to either shut down or hang for ever and so any 8910 that have pcs on it i mange to get some of them flashed but it is hard work so before you start typing with out you knowing what i ment is one way for people to stop helping you .

i see that you still have an unsolved issue with the 8910, can you please call alex or diego and they can help you. don't be so hard headed and call your friends....they have helped you in the past, your solution is a simple phonecall away. you can bring the phones to our shop and we can fix them for you, FOR FREE....
