Alcatel OT331 is no read the SimCard but this is not Splock. Anybody know were I can downloading ripairing soft or new flash. I have SW v128.

if it is not soft it must be hard u have to replace the sim place in the phone .
or u have to try another flash
or turn off the phone more than time and try again i think it will work
