Hello to all, I have an 8600 and when i try to open up curitel pst, it says "Any phone is not connected. or Power Off" on both COM1 and COM2. I have tried changing the port of my Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port in device manager to both com1 at first, and com2 secondly, both times it still shows this weird error message. anyone have this problem or know how to fix? thanks in advance.
