So I have my data cable, I have a few programs that I tried using (QSPT,BitPIM and the official 8930 PST) and none of these can actually upload ringtones.

I can download videos and pictures from the phone with no problems, but have no way of uploading ringtons

anyone know how beside downloading them via the browser?
