don't inserd SIM CARD

press * first ,then press 3 times down key and 3 times up key

I do it allready with the master reset but is not working, qingfenghtb.

When i put the simcard of th other network is tells me

sim mcc is locked input 3 digits for emcalls or long press * to input unlock key.

So i think maybe is a reader for this, and a pinouts of 18 i think maybe. Can you give me more details qingfengtb??
