Actually for BF3, BF4:
1. Check batt and charger
2. Cut id from your teh and paste into working full. Flash, check.
3. Reball power and cpu.
4. Check connection with btemp and capacitor near contacts
5. Check connection from capacitor (4) and two resistors in upper right coner of power betwen it and ic 8860
