You wrote about "unlocking" and to unlock the 8130 the method is the same (very easy with "babes" and a serial cable). If You want to flash Your mobile You need something more, not only a serial cable but a usb one. Please tell me what You have to do: if You just want to use another sim card with Your mobile You just need to unlock, if You want to change software You need to flash.

dear gin_tonic... i have all ... babes, flash cable ( i flash the phones) ... BUT ... i have a 8130 lg ... with it the babes method don't function... i flash it with files 8130_v101 .. but with babes i don't resolve the unlock! ... i want know if exsist another flash file for unlock phone 8130 with babes ... thanks
