The N6600 is getting on a bit now but when i use to have one to defrag as you call it is pres thekeys shown after this text but make sure your phone is in a wall charger or has at least 75% battery ... press and hold * 3 green key then while holding down the keys switch on yor phone...better to ask someone to do this as you will have your hands full then the screen will go white and ""reformat" appears and will remove all the clutter etc...your phone will be like it was when it was new.......hope this helps..

Or power on Phone with sim and Enter *#7370# will ask u to reset Click Yes

But all process will loose existing data
