i just got a ppc6700 from sprint, i managed to set verizon on it, but it won't let me get on line, if anyone knows how to solve this please give me a hand.

The only reson you got the ppc6700 from sprint on to the Verizon network is that Verizon has the same PDA ( [Only Registered Users Can See Links] ), this is old news, now to get online you'd have to FLASH the firmware on the phone for V's network. Only a Verizon Tec would have the correct firmware.

i havent been able to do it with a sprint ppc, but most palms, even from sprint, i haven managed to do so.

there's an upgrade available in the verizon page for this phone and i was wandering if would be posible to upgrade the sprint version or this phone with that upgrade file. has anyone triied this already.:eek:

dont know for sure, but try it out in an EVDO area, cause i think it only has data on evdo, unless the problem is just that its a sprint ppc.

EDIT: i was told that PCS Vision service has to be disable, it can be done through the registry, i haven seen one connected to verizon data service yet.
