i believe u have to use serial cable, USB wont work it interfaces wrong with phone.

i need spc software to read spc treo pda by sprint this is my 1st encounter of such kind can u guide me tru the nam programming

bitpim with serial cable read nvm also a program called tera term may help aid in process if u have only access to usb cable but it wont read in bitpim however u can send commands and retrieve hex data from phone.

nam ##msl# or ##msl send
a-key ##2539# or ##2539 Send.

read msl with serial cable and bitpim, first put in diag mode, ##3424# and use qpst to write prl.................and cdma phone have a section in the forum.
