I need help in xv6700, and the problem is:
the phone is off ,and I couldn't turn it on .I tried many times to use soft reset and hard reset when power on R :NON is appeared in start up also when I check from settings->system->Device Information ,the radio version is NON,PRL is (nothing appears ) also in PRI version and ESN (nothing appears).

in xp 6700 phone off & normal fungtion..
the display device.. like that...
u can upgrade the device with new firmware if u have trouble that.

That programming does not work on a Verizon phone. Verizon does not have SPC locks. ##SPC is no good for Verizon.:(

if by startup code u mean userlock, only way is by hard reset or flashing new rom.
