Retrieve nvm > nvm_security or nvm_002 file 5) Search for 6 digit codes, two should be found (SPC and MSL) 6) Using QXDM (ensure VIEW is set to COMMAND OUTPUT) type the following commands: a) spc "******" Replace asteriks with the 6 digit code. Output should read successful. b) pr_list_wr 0 "C:\prl_1039.prl" If needed change file path to location of PRL. Output should read successful. c) nv_write sec_code {"000000"} Optional: use this command to change code to zeros or another 6 digits. 7) Enter ##3424# to exit DIAG mode and reboot phone. 8) NAM Programming by ##MSLCode# ---------------------- By the way, step 2 is for those who use a unibox like device to plug the phone in, but it could be different for you. There's many methods to retrieve SPC, flash prl, but I prefer QXDM or CDMA WORKSHOP, they both work without a problem on TREO djisia87 20-07-2008, 04:40 I have problem with cricket wap on 700wx VRZ. I put Simple IP only, I put cricket wap like Moto Q way. When I turn phone to offline mode or turn off, after this my wap is going Broadband access VRZ. Then i need to do hard reset to get cricket wap back :(:( macs53 24-08-2008, 22:49 I am looking for a source for monster flash files. I already searched humpa.com, I am looking for files for PDA's such as Treo, and Moto Q. I already flash v3c , v3m razr's, krzr km1. Does any one has sources for other monster files? I know cricket stores are full flashing these phones so I felt that the files have got to be out there somewhere. Any advice?? Thanks captainkirks 25-08-2008, 17:58 there are no monster flash files. A monster flash file are only out there for the phones that cricket once carry. The closest to a monster file for a non cricket model was the w385 cricket upgrade. If you want wap and mms to work on those phone I recommend taken it to a shop to have it full flashed. mifon 12-09-2008, 05:23 Can u help me with 700W treo to work on cricket service iceberg18 12-09-2008, 23:45 I bought a special RS-232 cable to connect a Palm Treo 700W so that I could change the PRL using QPST, but the phone isn't detected on COM1 in "QPST Configuration". It'll ask you for MSL or SPC . you can find the SPC or MSL by using GetSPC.in attached file. and finally use the ##SPC# to change MSID or MIN.
