I have loaded a cricket prl into the cdm 9200 phone. Now the problem I am having is that the phone will not make a test call. Every time I dial *611 and press the send button the phone just goes back to the main screen (home screen).

Any ideas on why this might be happen? Is there anyone that might have come across this problem and fixed it?

I am also looking for the pst to the cdm 9200.

If my theory is correct the cricket prl "1030" could be the problem. So I would like to get a hold of the most recent cricket prl.

Haha, I thought I was crazy when this first happened to me.

I never figured out why this happened. But I do know that when I returned the Verizon PRL back to the phone. The Phone started working fine again.

Did me no good because I needed the phone on Cricket too.
I used a COM box so I do not have the drivers for it.

As far as the nam, I believe it was ##20022002 END

Scorp this only happened on one phone. I have changed PRL on dozens of these phones. I wonder if maybe its a firmware issue because of the PRL.

Don't quote me but I believe I tried the 1030 and 1039 PRL's.

I was able to flash this handset using CDMA Workshop with no problem, used LG6100 USB Cable. You can download drivers from global.mobileaction.com, but you will need to save to UR PC otherwise it will attempt to load drivers by using the handset which won't work. Once U connect handset to PC, check device mgr which will give U the KTI Tech info, go 2 update drivers, search in MA8012P folder which is where it will save. CDMA Workshop works great. Handset was flashed to Pocket in Texas, made the *611 call & got the Welcome to Pocket. Now however, need NAM Programming for this handset as the following do not work.

##20022002 end (SPC)

Tried Menu 0*; Menu 6*, Menu 9*, Menu 72* as well as ##SPC#

So if someone has NAM Programming would appreciate very much.

I finally found the nam programming for utstarcom cdm9200 is #4357*end 0
my problem now is i cant figure out how to enter the AKEY!!!Anybody know please post here.thanx!

I don't know if anybody else is with me but I can get that phone to make a phone call unless it has a verizon PRL!!! I tried all the method on this site none worked... Anybody got that to work with cricket?

I had this phone for months and never was able to figure it out.sorry i cant help.

got it to work with that traveltime prl. just don't OTA *228 the phone just program manually.

Hey bro, the same thing happend to me. The phone would recieve calls but as soon as you go to make a call and press send it would go back to the home screen as if you never dialed anything. I loaded the traveltime prl, and it was the solution. Thanx for posting that up.
