Ok i have the cd and it says it is corrupted or something/. Can someone please tell me how to use it to download songs to my phone and pictures to my phone from my computer and anyone have a program i can use?

I have this cd USB data cable driver for audiovox8900... i installed it and says it wont work more less and my cell phone has a usb cord with it so i can download ringers pictures or anything to my cell phone from my computer. I need help as for one i dont know how to use it somewhat i do and for 2 i cant get it to work with my new pc
