It seems the master code for Virgin Mobile UTstarcom phones is ##847446# or ##VIRGIN#.

I have 2 phones from them and while in service, I had to change the numbers and both were the same.

thats no mastercode, just general nam program for most if not all virgin phones.

The master code is used to program the phone and access the NAM information to be reprogrammed. If the code allows you to access the NAM then it must be the MSL.

It is composed of a 6 digit code and after verifying it seems that indeed that is the master code for the 1450VM (super slice).

I can not confirm it is the same for other models since I only have 2 of those.

Since I do not have a PST Tool or Program to access the 1450, that can not be confirmed. If someone has a PST for the UTSTARCOM that would work with the 1450 please let me know or post it here or simply try the master code given here.

Sprint uses a random MSL while other companies like verizon sometimes use 000000 or 333333 as their MSL.

If I find any more information I will post it here.

You can find the spc for the pcs1450 using the SPC Generator 6.8

all you need are the SPC Generator 6.8 and your PCS1450 ESN Number. It works with mine. I pressed ##port# (##7678#) and entered the SPC and it says "USB Enabled"
