I am stumped. The phone shows up in "Device Manager" in Windows, but not in QPST. ##3424 and #*#3424 does not get the phone pass through or Diag mode. I have all the drivers installed.........NOTHING!!! HELP...PLEASE...:eek:

phone doesnt have DIAG mode. this has been discussed already.
