queiro collaboration of the moderators or colleagues help ourselves with this problem that you/they have the alcatel.

I have had the experiecia of having different alcatel of all the series and with the flaw that you/they stick the keyboard that is to say they are inactive.

I found 2 solutions:

1er: if it removes them the battery for 2 hours and it places them again it works again.

2da: the envistigacion that I have made is that the flaw originates in the microprocessor.


CONCLUCION:


if you know something but porfavor gives its opinion in this forum,
maybe there a way but easy to solve this problem

or somebody in this forum that has diagram or images where this the flaw
