It does not always help. Sometimes only by lowering of the version ;)

I've repaired few 320 alactels next easy&free method:

flash it as LG1200 [lg MONOTOR] with lg1200 flashfile

after flashing sometimes melody and pictures dissapear from phone - just make FullFileSystemInit

soft lg1200 the bast works for alcatel320,write ffs and write imei and you phone the bast works

Use LG blazer to unlock works 100%

You friend can explicate more details, the pinout is same, what models Lg ?

Use xg1_code reader and press Reset locks button

just make eeprom repair with vygis then unlock or use free XG1 unpacked and reset code

contact with Your supplier and tell him to give or sell to You new one cd
or from where You can download this soft.

i think it's most simply.

i don't know from where You can download for free soft for this box.

If it is a original box your supplier will give you a site to download all the files you need, there is no cd unless they download the software to help their customers
