What are the steps?
a) To install the software downloader?
b) To install the flash where and how?
or To use the codes

I need a generic 8930 and 8410 flash files.

I am not computer literate and neither is my computer. I cannot download flashfiles because my computer doesn't recognize the flash name or file name or whatever.......
I bought a pay-as-you-go Page Plus phone which is now no longer on the Verizon system (or anybody else's for that matter).
All I want to do is be able to make the phone show me its ESN (it's torn off inside under the battery) and then I want to put one of my current CDMA phone numbers into it and change the SID number that it recognizes as home. If I can get this done, I can take it to a nearby Bell Canada/Bell Cellular store and they'll register the phone, complete with ESN . The they will "disconnect" my LG chocolate from my Bell Cell phone number and associate it instead with my CDMA 4500. They're not familiar with this CDMA phone so they don't know enough about it to do this for me. But, since I have been with them for 19 years, if I can give them the ESN and they can see that the phone has had its phone number and SID preference reprogrammed they'll let me run the phone on their network. Can anyone help.
