This not firmware fault because i flashed many phones in this state and not fix. i think this is hardware problem.

actually the battery does not have any problem, there are two types of batteries for blackberry phones. c-s2 and c-s1, the od one was c-s1 which make this error
now i use C-S2 then all all is ok
