Bitpimw.exe -Unable to Locate Component

X Application filed becouse MSVCP71.dll was not found.Re-installing the program may fix this problem.

I need this application to rum to get the SPC from my phone, any other idea haw to get the SPC from a UTstarcom CDM-8932 or pantech .

Try CDMA Workshop works 100%. Also check your settings on handset, you may need to change to DM mode. You have to do this on some UTS handsets. Hope this helps, if not PM and I will assist further....

i have try but i need my SPC to work with it.How can i get my Spc other than with bitpin?

yes exactly, try cdma workshop, read wit it.TRY TO USE VCARIOUS OPTIONS AVAILABLE saecially the efs method.
