Clearly, a way to unlock a 7290 exists. . .
But so far, exhaustive searches have only turned up the following
disappointing results:
1) "It;s a random blah blah based on IM#" -which begs the question:
how do unlockers get it?
2) you need umpteen k$ box and clips and wires and dongles from
company xyz.
3) Buy unlock credit from company zzzz, install their software, open
your firewalls and cross your fingers. (how the hell do they get it?)
4) poster is being dense answering your question, - here's some
copypasta about entering the unlock key you dont have.
5) poster is being really purposefully dense - "just enter the wrong
password 10 times"
Ok.. clearly these are not very suitable solutions for a guy who
got a few old 7290's cheap off ebay. I can t believe that the
buy-a-credit unlockers have stolen secret lists from all providers
and match up your IM# to the lists.. c'mon, pull the other one, it
has bells on it!
Something free must exist out there. The truth is in the phone itself.
Something can get into the phone, what is that something?
Or is it time for one of those chop-the-corner off your sim
and jam in the unlocker sim thing???
Anyone with a clear and simple solution, or a credible
reason why suuch does not exist, please reply.
The truth is out there!
Cheers..
