I have been on here looking for drivers and other types of files for my UT8010. I read that there is a program that will open the Download mode of the phone so I can use Bitpim. It is called CUPST. I can not find that either and I am not sure If it will even work with my phone. The biggest thing I want to do is extract my pics and load some ringtones. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :confused:

Also, to drop the phone into download mode, try holding all four of the side buttons (volume up and down + camera and music) then hold power with these four buttons depressed.
