i just trying to test software because i can download any link from rapidshare at 5mb per sec.

- Install Desktop Manager

Simply run MFI loader from desktop shortcut, tick "erase" and "Autostart" and connect Your BlackBerry.

7130c is not supported by other software. I have PST and SST, but this boxes doesn't read network codes - tested.

Just so I know not to attempt those models.

Okay well maybe we should compile a list of all the models with Carrier information that this unlocker works on and doesn't work on. Maybe a Moderator can merge all the posts together and clean up this mess of multiple Links and posts.

When you download and install MFI multiloader it will automatically create a MML file on your C: drive, then when you download the other 8 files and extract/unzip the contents u will see another MML file, replace this MML file with the one on your C:drive. Problem solved. Tested by me.:)

Even this doesn't work. When it shows the battery thing I put the battery in and it goes to a screen where it says "Device in Call Mode" , and from there it just tells me "Unable to reconnect to phone during multi-stage operation" :(

The whole time it's updating in Desktop Manager it says, PIN : None.

wow... it worked. I got a virus alert from the autorun.inf but I might have had that from before, I don't remember. Anyway NOD32 detected it and got rid of the file. And it still works. Thanks :)
The bat file has an infinit loop so once it says "Press any key to continue" you can close the window, or else it will do the process again and again. :)

I have Sprint 8830 BB (CDMA + GSM),
I have changed the prl to my CDMA opeartor & ESN is activated.
However I am stil seeing Sprint PCS in Mobile NW Menu & *228 says activation failed.
If I flash my BB 8830 Sprint with my CDMA opeartors flash file, will it work?
I read elsewheer that CDMA BB of Sprint can't be flashed with this MML tool. Is it correct? If yes, then how to resolve this?

I am in Europe, and I have been thru the same problem. In fact, if you dont have a QWERT keyboard on your blackberry, one must type STQRT instead of START. Just 3 extra questions though;

1) how long does the whole process (MFI + install) takes in minutes to complete?
2) My first try I selected; autostart and full erase, is it the right way to do it or check/uncheck some options as nuke etc...?

3) does it work with the 88xx models?

there is nothing to instal ........ all u have to do - if u instal every thing as instructed in post1- disable your internet and check both boxes and connect your phone , after few minute you will see a message says PASS , and your phone display number 1 then you need to press any buttom in the phone then type START and flash your phone ....... it doesnt get any more simple than this ...... hope this will help u .

Someone has posted on some website that if you do this sort of unlock. Software Based, that it gets removed (the unlock) once you upgrade or load new software to it. Is this true ? I cannot confirm this as the phones I have were code unlocked and the one I unlocked via this program is not with me anymore. Thanks for the help.

True. To get around this, set NAM lock to'False' using QXDM. Then you will not face this problem

I didn´t know anything about this TOOL. In fact, I would say that I´am a newbie in this matter. What I really need is to suscribe this BB 8320 in DIGITEL carrier to get the Blackberry Suscription (BB messenger, internet, e_mail, Windows live messenger, maps, etc..). I´ve realize that this is only possible by registering the PIN (Which is already registered in T- Mobile).

Back to this TOOL, where can I get from??.....Is there any instruction about how to create this PIN (Maybe there is a special sequence to do this)...

what about getting t-mobile to release the pin?? i don't live in south america so i really don't have a definitive answer for you just some ideas!! but i do know if the 8320 was reported lost or stolen they probably won't release the pin.but as far as the rim radio software i believe you change the pin after the phone is wiped but prior to loading the software. good luck

Unzip MML and paste to C: and overwrite all....
Conect Hanset, open MFI shorcut on your pc and wait untill shows PASS...
After that you must flash with any firmware you wish FROM HERE.........

Sorry but BB RIM does not want this software out here so the files keep getting deleted from any file sharing server. I personally have reloaded these files to my rapidshare account 5 times and they keep getting deleted. No matter what name I place on the files.

once software is installed:

1)make sure the computer is not connected to the internet and you have desktop manager 4.7
2) click on MFI multi loader it will say ready
3)now connect your phone to the mini usb and it will start running once done a 1 appears in the left hand corner of the screen(sometimes it doesn't but the green light will been on the phone) there will also be a green light on the MFI loader screen at that point the phone can be disconnected from the cable
4)you must have the proper firmware to put back on your blackberry,now open the desktop manager and click on app loader and click firmware upgrade let it run and its done.(takes up to 15 minutes to run be patient)

5) install all the firmwares you will need for the all models you plan on doing,after that goto common files and go into the research in motion folder and remove the vendor xml after each firmware are installed

Hi... when you conect your BB, windows read your the phone? on control panel check your divice if don´t have any problem.... just run Desktop manager alone and check if this read your phone.

No it is not a problem with read my 8700c... desktop manager read it correct.
I use to try this configuration, but it is not work :(

When you download and install MFI multiloader it will automatically create a MML file on your C: drive, then when you download the other 8 files and extract/unzip the contents u will see another MML file, replace this MML file with the one on your C:drive. Problem solved. Tested by me.:)

I have 8830 World Ed. It has OS 4.2.2.123 while latest version is 4.5.
Mine is SprintBB but CDMA is now programmed to work on another CDMA carrier. I am also using GSM radio as my second cell no. on same 8830 by manual switching.
1. Pl advise how do I upgrade SW on my Sprint 8830 & provide the download link & process.

2. Also pl confirm if CDMA & GSM wil continue to work after upgrade to 4.5.

3. Pl tell me how to make a backup of my existing OS so I can restore everything if something goes wrong.

4. Also, I don't see 'Compose MMS" option. Any idea - how to activate it?

I get the above errors while trying to unlock 7130v locked to vodafone spain. I get errors even when I disconnect from internet. Can someone please confirm if this model is possible?
The blackberry goes to a screen where I have to type S T A R T. Then it restarts and returns to locked state.

This is my first time working with Blackberry phones. So I am doing the best I can. I have all the mentioned files in this post.
I followed all the instructions as instructed. I got up to the final step of flashing firmeware onto the phone.
I am completely lost on how to get the blackberry desk top manager to recognize the phone and flash the firmware.
