I connect my usb cable to the phone, but all it does is charge it. How can I let it detect a com port?

All it does is charge the phone. I have three phones of the same kind that do that, so I know it is either the cable or something you dial in the phone to recognize. Any ideas anybody. By the way I tried the updated pantech driver, it still didnt work. Thanks.:confused: |
