okay
when i turn on my phone it always resets, it says "user data is being restored" and then it just resets.
Using the audiovox pst, would i be able to fix my phone even though i can't get it fully turned on. I appreciate all your help with this. Thank You

also i am using avoxpst that i found in this forum. it goes from 4000 - 9100 but i can't find the option for 8900 .. woudl that work for my audiovox 8900
