I have an Okta Boss and I have forgotten the password to get into it. Is there anyone that can tell me how to reset the password/phone or to re programme it etc. Telecom charge $3O and it could take up to 1O working days so please help!

they told u that cause most probably they think u want sim unlock code. user lock/password most of the time cannot be read from any WinMo device. usual method to get rid of it is hard reset, others try upgrading the OS but it ends up erasing all ur data anyway.
talk to them again and make sure they know is not sim unlock code u are asking for.

ur device is HTC Fusion aka 5800 right?
