I have blackberry 7130e from Movilnet, read the spc with UNI CDMA scan address 0x10056670 , length 1700000, found spc : 484192.
When try change MIN says not allowed ( phone with min lock) then flashed phone with firmware Verizon, but min is locked, change the MIN number with Kyocera PST but then not aceptt spc after write MIN.
Read memory again with UNI CDMA and now the spc is: ⌂⌂4192
How i repair the SPC to original SPC 484192???
I edited my bin file with Hex Editor Neo, i corrected the spc ⌂⌂4192 for 484192, i need to write in the phone this new bin file with the correct SPC.
Do you know some program for to write this bin file without ask me the spc code for to do this???
