Changes made from version 4.06 to version 4.07:

- Interoperability improvement with new Openwave WAP Gateways (version 5.1xx onwards. There was an interoperability problem between NPL-1 and Openwave's new WAP gateway release supporting SAR (Segmentation and Re-assembly) in GPRS session mode permanent, which prevented users from downloading of MIDlets bigger than 8 kB over these gateways. Note: This problem has nothing to do with existing Openwave WAP gateways not supporting SAR (these GWs have implemented an upper file-size limit of 8 kB). The updated Openwave gateways have the SW versions 5.1xx (according to Nokia information of 18 April, 2002)
- Dynamic Menu Text for SIM ATK allowed. Text for the SIM ATK menu was not configurable. This has been hanged in SW version 4.07 to dynamic; menu text stored on the SIM card is used if present.
- Translation of "Extras" menu in Hungarian language changed. Same Hungarian translation (=text string) was used for "Extras" and "Accessories". Now menu item Extras has correct translation in Hungarian
