mars"mobile phone malfunction......."

any body can help me?
my trium mars showing missage"mobile phone malfunction contact your service provider."
and some times "permanently locked!"
i try to unlock n fixed 'CP' with trium box v2.1, on the comp showing successful but my phone stil showing " mobile malfunction....
i try to flash it with ipl trium 2.9 but no succesful!,
than i try write eeprom with bluefolwer trium eeprom r/w v1.1 the result on my comp is succesful write eeprom but my phone stil "mobile phone malfunction.......
what`s wrong??
i use my same own made data cable for flash n write eeprom, it`s
5- gnd
8- to pin 12(R1out) max232
9- to pin 11(T1out) max232
11- gnd

and external power for max 232
there somethink wrong with my cable?

i just succes for flashing my phone , the old problem is my data cable
it`s hasn`t external power
but the missage now change with "phone permanently blocked"
what must i do????

but there is some problem!
i can`t save phone number in phone memory (showing"error"), this can save on SIM CARD only
what`s wrong???
i` not flash personalize file on IPL , cause i haven`t
when i use *5807 on PERSOblank) no version for this
what i must do?
any one has personalize file ?
