Z 300 dead

Z 300 first unlock OK then flash with setool3 box (com port) but after flash is dead and dont power on or conect with Setool, try conections with UFS and Setool3 but nothing only if try conect blink red led in the midle of volumen control key (charging indicator led).
Ani solutions for repair it ???

if z300 phone not connected after flashing - phone was flashed with bad file, bootblock damaged and phone dead forever.

Yes now look my mistake i flash with flash file download for this support but in flash tab put compresed ( rar) file not extracted and a remember abnormal flashing procedure ( all flashing time progres bar in Setool is full but counter off flashing is work) Any solutions repair boot loader ???? JTAG or ani ......

i can see only one way: desolder flash ic and write raw binary image from working phone using prommer.
