Use mitsubishi service tool, then choose mars, on the phone press read phone after which you click unlock, your problem will be automatically solved

if your phone have inside Atmel Dataflash -you need to replase it to 95c256 or 25c256
and write eeprom in bin format to it |

use this prog
If u happen to run into errorz while running the program just install mstoolz in ya computer n all the errorz will disappear
