Ufs-3 string calculation problem

hi,

can any one help me on my UFS-3 string calculation for the 3 SonyEric software suite . i have install the suite but if i want to connect to sonyericssion it tels me licenced faules and show a dialog box telling me to enter string calc. and i dont know what to do.

Hi bro, is that dongle bought new? or u are using it already for a long time. if you bought it new, try contac ur supplier to configurate string attach.
