BF4 problem !

i have a BF4 locked , i use 'Henrich Sgu bfx tool 5.23' to unlock it , at first time , connected ok , after unlock , the phone does not answer , i try to connect it again , but the phone can't connect !
somebody help me please !

did you make backup of teh zone?
