utstarcom 7025 nam program do u have it

hello
i try ##20022002end .........fail
meno-0 ...........................fail
##778send.......................fail
##7764726........................fail
this phone is not by criket
menu button is in the middle not on the left side
can u render any assistant

i need nam programin for utstarcom 7025 (NOT FOR CRIKET)
menu -0 works on cdm7025 by criket
but does not work on cdm7025 by utstarcom

can u help

Dial 611 and what does it say? Or go to menu--settings--phone info--version, and what is the prl ID?
