unable to connect 8910

After I flash 8910 I was not able to connect it back , I want to download Esn and Prl , In my computer show phone is connect but QXDM show no phone , I have oem cable can somebody help me out ? please

##2283 end for bauds, and ##7678 end for port. mess around with them a little, if no success use usb cable.

I have the same problem when I download the bin file the phone doesn’t connect to USB cable in some phone, I use serial cable to fix the esn with Unicdma and I download the PRL with LG downloader (vx6000 dll).

Are you guys using the LG-DCL200C serial cable? i have tried to use it but havnt had much luck, wanted to make sure i was using the same one you guys were. Thanks!
