Question 8920 Software Flash Backup and Writing (Emergency Mode)

Ok, I have 10 CDM-8920 that I need to flash. I need to pull the firmware from 1 of the phones and flash the other 9 with it. What software can I use? Any links to it would be helpful (if it is already in the forum, the name will be enough). I also have a phone that when you turn it on, it cycles, loads the Telus logo like it is booting then it does it again and again; when it is hooked to the computer, it is recognized momentarily but then it gets disconnected as it is cycling (Make that 2 phones now, I tried reading the phone with Audiovox CDM 8900 SPT <--- dont use to read from 8920 or it will cause your phone to power cycle repeatedly). Okay, during the power cycle the phone is not connected long enough to accomplish anything. Do I have an option to flash it? If so, how? Anyone know of a JTAG for this phone? I look forward to your expertise help with this problem.

Thanks!
