6700 to Metropcs.

Hi,

I'm currently working now to get a 6700 onto metropcs and bypass activations, e.g. not cloning a already working handset.

Anyone have info? Beside cloning some info from the phone to the 6700?


I'll post more results once I get a data cable working for my phone.

Will MetroPCS activate flashed phones?

If yes, load the PRL file.

If not, load the PRL file and try telling them that the phone is a audiovox/UTStarcom model they use.

Heh, Opps I didnt explain it correctly.

MetroPCs is not like cricket, who will activate anyones phone, my idea is to clone a esn from a working handset to a metropcs one, copy over the NAM, internet configs, txt settings etc.

I'll post what I'll find, This pretty much was a post to see if there was info.

I get the point about the PRL tho
