without spc neither wap or mms can be configured, and also the phone is not seen a lot here so i havent had the time to find SPC.

SPC Solution is already posted. I will give away a free Helio ocean for someone who has done the wap and mms on that phone.

password 16 digits -> select skys130 -> send

Password comes right up

ESN repairable..
mail gmail,yahoo, w.live & yahoo mesengger also work , but
proxy & wap setting always reset to default , when trying to open browser..
does anyone know how to install other browser (opera), offline?

I heard that Wap is still capable on this phone, does anyone know how I can Edit the Gateway IP addresses on this helio Ocean?

I have tried ##3282# and i was able to edit the profiles, but i cannot seem to find a way to edit the gateway ip addresses.
