Audiovox 7075 problems?

I have been trying everything to get this phone to read and have been unsuccessful, just wanted to know what program will work to read & write spc and write prl? Also if anyone has done this successful what cable are you using, I'm thinking that might be the problem too, Thanks

Try with LG-DCL200C or AUD7025DICU with charger connected to the cable and Bitpim.
