i've never done this before is there a way i can get step by step instruction to delete alltel's pictures and ringtones kenn

you posted in wrong section, anyhow do master clear and reset from menu > settings > initial setup > security code use 000000 might not be 0.

First of all you posted in Audiovox forum, should have posted in Motorola forum.
Answer to your question, you will not be able to delete Alltel's pix & ringtones unless you flash with Generic Monster DST, that will leave Motorola Pix & Ringtones. You can search in Motorola forum for step by step instructions and correct firmware. Keep ![]() Quote:
