Just to make this procedure clear to cause the least trouble for customers:

1) Contact your reseller who is listed at http://www.twisterflasher.com/twisterresellers.html and send your reseller your serial number.
2) You will receive your activation strings from your reseller.
3) Download and install update 1.22
4) Start each software module and enter the string when prompted.
That's it, easy !
To clarify this:
DO NOT UPDATE TO VERSION 1.22 UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR STRINGS ! !
Version 1.21 installer works OK, so there is no desperate need for this update, just carry on as before until you receive the update strings and there will be no problems.
You do not know your reseller?
There are a couple of well-know cheaters selling cloned boxes as originals, so if you did not buy your box from an official reseller then you most likely have a cloned box (known to damage new phones when flashing) so you cannot get any future updates and you are not supported, sorry.
If you think you have an original box but you do not know your reseller, then please reply to
[email protected] with your serial number and your FTP site username and password. If you did not buy from an official reseller AND you do not have a user/pass then chances are you have a clone box with no support, and your only chance for updates is to return your box to where you purchased it, or cut your losses and buy a box from an official reseller.
