Тел пришел на разлок. После разлока моргает белым. Прошил, все ок. Отдал. Принесли обратно - моргает белым. Заметил, что при механическом воздействии на плату то нормально включается, то моргалик. Перекатал питание и нанд, прогрел BT.
Вылезших шаров из-под соседей не видно. При включении от БП сначала 110мА, потом экран загорается белым, потом потребление 220мА, потом экран гаснет и потребление возрастает до 380мА и греется нанд. Поменял нанд, питание, все осталось также. Шьется, финализируется без ошибок. Лог включения (monitor on) следом

Во первых у W810 нету NAND, а во вторых шары не обязательно должны вылазить, в 99% они просто слипаются под микрухой.

Итог: все-таки решились перекатать проц. компаунд там наполовину более-менее нормальный, а наполовину черный и крепкий как камень. Еле как сняли (оторвали две дорожки, но восстановили, они с краю были) - под процом залипух нет. Поставили обратно - все так же, как и было. Короче, повезло. Купили другой тел на запчасти (как раз предложили), восстановили его, отдали. Тему пока не закрываю, так как все-таки интересно такое поведение тела. Может кому попадется с такимим симптомами.

NAND и NOR - это разные технологии изготовления памяти.
"Основные отличия NAND от NOR следующие: плотность записи для NAND превосходит NOR, кроме того, последняя позволяет исполнять программный код (eXecute In Place Capability)"
Среди мастеров NAND - чип с пользовательской памятью, NOR - чип с прошивой.
Edgar - название фирмы изготовителя (ну или технологическое название чипа). Но изготовлен он по технологии NAND.
И если я говорю NAND - имею ввиду ту флеш, которая в W810 не под компаундом.

Так что ManSan думаю, что ты все-таки неправ в этом вопросе.

Если я не ошибаюсь то вместо NAND в W810 едж-процессор на том месте стоит. Описание на основную флэху ниже. Если я заблуждаюсь поправьте пожалуйста.
