qsc 1110 chipset flash tool and bin file need

i have haier tool and bin file but my country use haier c-2010 is not flash i have

many of haier c-2010 , nokia c-2701 ,nokia 6308 ,general bond and another are qsc 1110 chipset use

so i want qsc 1110 flash tool and firmware
please anyone help me

i think my country people use cdma 450 (haier c-2010 , nokia c-2701 ,nokia 6308 ,general bond and another) handset is china product
i think it is not be original company product
please help for repair

you can use JTAG write it ,use jtag is support all qsc1110's cpu
