Попалась МЕ45 с типом флешки
Flash One ID: 0089, Type: 88C4;
Flash Two ID: 0089, Type: 88С4
У кого нибудь есть на нее ФУЛЛФДЭШЬ? Или может подскажете, как ее восстановить?
Конкретезируй. Что с ней? После чего умерла? Вслепую могу вот только что посоветовать.. Зайди в поисковик и поищи такую штуку - me45_naprawa, потом:
1. First you must upload FLX file to your phone with program All34;
2. Run the program Siemens_All34_cracked_by_XzZ;
3. Click on folder button and open FLX file from disc for your model;
4. Set this: Device port: LPT1;
5. Phone port: COM1;
6. Baud rate: 115200;
7. Phone type: choose from list your model;
8. In Options check: Write Flash and Write IMEI, in window below this enter your IMEI;
9. Check Burst Mode (10% faster);
10. Now click on Init Mobile and press Power in phone;
11. Now just wait to the end of operation.
12. After upload operation ron the porgram Siemens Imei Writer;
13. Go to Port Settings bookmark and set there: Baud Rate: 115200 and Port Number: COM1;
14. Go to Logger bookmark, choose from list your phone model;
15. Now click Read Phone and in phone press Power ON;
16. When you see "Pform" window enter there: in Old IMEI enter actually IMEI number, in New IMEI enter new IMEI number (can be the same as Old IMEI), click OK;
17. Now click Save LOG and save file with extension .log with any name;
18. Close this program and run - map calculator - SPUNLOCKSIEMANSCALC.EXE;
19. Go to IMEI Change bookmark and click Open LOG, load saved .log file;
20. Click Save MAP button and save this file with extension .map and any name;
21. Close program and run again te program Siemens Imei Writer;
22. Go to Write Imei bookmark, click Open MAP, click in program Write Imei and in phone Power ON button;
23. In few seconds program will end the operation.
24. Now disconnect phone from cable and Power ON. It must be OK now :-)
Это то, что советуют буржуи.. я бы посоветовал залить их прошивочку, а потом с пункта 12 вместо их советов воспользоваться Фреей (поправить имейчик).
P.S. Для поднятия програмно убитых телефонов этим солюшеном необходимо иметь Максовский донгл.
Залей юнисимом или чем хочешь EEPROM,а затем свапом для S45 или ME45.Ну а потом рихтуй IMEI.
